Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't refund the unused portion of a current billing period when you cancel partway through it.

Every new account starts with a free 1-month trial, no card required. If you convert to a paid subscription and it isn't working for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to your first payment only.

Credit top-ups are a one-time purchase, separate from your monthly plan allotment. An unused top-up is refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once any credit from a top-up has been spent (on a report, ad copy, ad generation, etc.), that top-up is no longer refundable.

If you're charged in error — a duplicate charge, a billing mistake, or a payment that didn't match what you signed up for — email us and we'll correct it. These are fixed promptly and don't require the 30-day window above.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card payments processed through Paddle are refunded by Paddle, acting as our reseller of record, and can take a few business days to appear depending on your bank. Bank transfer payments are refunded back to the account the transfer originated from.

Email accounts@thegrowlytics.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
